THE MILLS HOLIDAY HOUSE
The Mills Holiday House is a fully equipped Brownie holiday home which is centrally heated and opens all year round.
There is accommodation for 18 Brownies on bunk beds in two dormitories of 12 and 6. There are three bedrooms for Leaders and Young Leaders, two with a single bed and a bunk bed each, a third room with a bunk bed. Maximum number 26. Some blankets are supplied but please bring your own sleeping bags, pillows etc.
The Mills Holiday House has disabled access, toilet and shower facilities.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, a freezer is situated in the dining room.
There is a beautiful open fire place in the lounge and wood may be collected from the woodpile or if you prefer you may scavenge in the woods. The FIRE GUARD must be kept in place.
At the end of the day room there is a craft area with craft tables. There is also a small selection of indoor games.
Arrival time is normally after 2pm and departure time 4pm Sundays, before 1pm during
school holidays, but these may be altered by checking with the office.
Users will be met on arrival at Blackmore IF REQUESTED. Experienced Worcestershire users will have the option to collect or have keys posted out to them.
ALL FEES ARE DUE 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
Please note that you will be asked to complete a simple report on the Mills upon arrival, which should be posted to the County Office within 24 hours of the end of your holiday, with the keys.
